This is a 5 Star Business! Today I had an amazing shopping experience at Penner's. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The variety of clothing options was impressive, and I easily found the perfect pair of pants I was looking for. The process was seamless, and they even had them pressed for me before I left the store. Plus they have everything you want and can order if they don't have it, they will ship anywhere. The quality exceeded my expectations. The pants were not only stylish but also exceptionally comfortable. Wearing them felt like a dream! I want to commend the store for providing such an enjoyable shopping journey. I'll definitely be back for more, and I highly recommend Penner's to anyone in search of top-notch fashion and excellent service! Easy to get to, And Free Parking!!!!! Mark

NOV 2023. What a fine example of a quality family owned business. It's like stepping into the past. I came on with my sons and father to get fitted for suits for my daughter's wedding. Zeke and Mitchell were knowledgeable and helpful. Our suits were tailored and ready on time as promised. The look and fit was perfect. They took great care of us. As a native of San Antonio, I'm embarrassed that I haven't shopped here more in the past. I know some may think their prices are a little high, but their quality alone is worth it, their services and attention is an added bonus.

Came into town for a wedding and someone forgot his suit… Bought a sports coat and slacks. This place was incredibly helpful and we throughly enjoyed this shopping experience. The recommendations given were incredibly helpful and spot on. He received the best dressed guest award at the wedding. Date is also 6ft4 and thin frame. Highly recommend if you’re looking to add a suit or blazer or dress clothes to your wardrobe. They offer a variety of styles and price points.

If you're looking for cheap clothes, don't go to Penner's. If you're looking for great clothes and even better customer service, then you will be very pleased shopping here. I was in town for a conference and forgot some needed dress shirts. Walked into Penner's (2 blocks from UTSA) and was on my way within 30 minutes with a freshly pressed shirt, presentation ready. The sales people are very helpful and know their trade.

I had probably the best customer service experience of my life here - thanks to Mitchell at Penner’s. I was in town for a conference, and was invited to Bohanan’s, the nicest steakhouse in San Antonio, by some good people in my industry. However, I did not have any suitable dinner attire to wear as I didn’t think I would attend such a nice venue when I packed my bags. I came into the store an hour and 20 minutes before my reservation, and asked Mitchell to help me with the pickle that I was in. He immediately said he could get me looking professional on time. I came away with a nice jacket, jeans (which Mitchell hemmed while I was trying on other clothes), shoes, and a dress shirt with plenty of minutes to spare before the reservation. The items he helped pick out look great, and while not cheap, I think are good value for the material and design. Not only did I come away looking and feeling confident, but Mitchell stored my clothes that I wore into the store in a pick up bag that I could get the next day. I really appreciate the effort, selection, and speediness of Mitchell at Penner’s. Thank you, Mitchell!
